IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:   Applications are accepted on a rolling submission basis.

Space is limited and offers are made to qualified singers on a first come/first serve basis. Notification is usually made within 3 weeks of receiving your materials. If you wish to apply, it is recommened that you do so as soon as possible to ensure there are available spots.

Enrollment is limited to 26 students maximum. There will be two 7 days Tracks (9 students max in each track) and 1 Pro Track (8 students max).

How To Apply

1. Please follow the directions below to prepare an Audition Document to be uploaded at the end of this application. The document must be a Word Document or a PDF.

2. There is a $250 application fee for The St. Louis Cabaret Conference. If accepted, this fee will be applied towards your tuition. If you are not accepted or decline the offer, all but $50 will be refunded.

3. Only completed and paid applications will be considered.

Complete the following Audition Information Document (must be in Word or PDF format) that contains the following information.

 1. Your name, the track (7 day or 9 day Pro Track) that you are interested in and a brief narrative explaining why you feel this is the right track for you and what goals you are looking to accomplish at The St. Louis Cabaret Conference.

2. Current headshot (cut and paste into document)

3. A resume or brief description of your performance experience and training. State whether your experience is vocational or avocational.

4. Links to two contrasting samples of your work. They must be complete songs and no more than two years old. At least one sample must be a video sample.

5. Letter of Recommendations & Reviews -

·      7 Day Track Applicants - one letter of endorsement (teachers, producers, presenters) and one quote from your performance work - can be from a published source or can be an endorsement quote from a teacher, director or other professional in the field.

·      Professional Track Applicants - two letters of endorsements (teachers, producers, presenters, promoters). Please provide from published sources: one full review of your work or two quotes.
